Finalists will pitch live at Smart Cities Connect in National Harbor, MD on September 22–24, 2026. One or more winners will be selected to enter a structured pilot agreement with a public agency partner.
City Detect
City Detect’s PASS AI™ turns municipal fleet vehicles into mobile assessment tools, using computer vision to identify property, roadside, and storm-related conditions so local governments can prioritize work and use staff resources more effectively.
CNA Corporation
CNA’s FRAME platform brings sensor, drone, wearable, weather, and geospatial data into a shared operating picture, helping first responders and incident commanders coordinate resources and make faster, informed decisions.
DeskOfficer
DeskOfficer provides AI voice agents that help government and public safety agencies answer calls, resolve routine requests, and connect with existing systems. Its 911Translate solution enables real-time communication in more than 70 languages.
Mirza
Mirza simplifies access to public benefits through a mobile-first platform for eligibility screening, verification, and applications. Available in more than 12 languages, it helps residents navigate programs while reducing administrative burden for agencies.
Polygraf AI
Polygraf AI helps public agencies use generative AI while protecting sensitive information. Its on-premises technology helps agencies control how sensitive data is shared across AI tools while keeping information within the agency’s security environment.
Runwise
Runwise modernizes heating operations in public buildings using smart controls, sensors, predictive weather data, and expert monitoring to improve comfort, identify equipment issues, and reduce energy consumption.
Sesame Solar
Sesame Solar’s Mobile Nanogrids provide rapidly deployable, off-grid power for emergency response and public safety, helping agencies maintain critical services when the electrical grid is unavailable.
ThriveLink
ThriveLink helps residents find and enroll in public benefits by phone or online. Available around the clock in 75 languages, it helps remove barriers related to internet access, literacy, paperwork, and complex processes.
Throne Labs
Throne Labs provides clean, accessible public restrooms that can be installed without permanent water, sewer, or electrical connections. Remote monitoring and managed cleaning help communities provide dependable facilities where they’re needed most.
