Board of Directors

About the Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors takes charge of the care, management, and control of Sourcewell, as stated in Minnesota Statute M.S.123A.21, Subd. 4. Sourcewell full-voting members elect our eight-member board. Six are sitting members of locally elected school boards in Region 5; and elected representatives from Region 5 member cities, counties, and other government agencies (CCOGA) fill the two remaining seats on the board.
