State of Ohio - Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contracting
Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government entity and public agency, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) on behalf of its participating entities to create indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts that may be used by those participating entities for projects related to the repair, alteration, modernization, and rehabilitation of infrastructure, buildings, structures or other real property.
This ITB consists of the following parts:
- Invitation to Bid, including Table of Solicitations and Map of Regions
- Template IDIQ Contract
- IDIQ Contract General Terms and Conditions
- Construction Task Catalog (CTC)
- Technical Specifications
A full copy of the ITB can be found on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal, and only bids submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Bids are due no later than October 20, 2021 at 04:30 PM CT and late bids will not be considered.
