How do I get to H2O?

Driving: View a map and directions to Madden's On Gull Lake.

Flying into the Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport: Sourcewell will provide shuttle service from Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport. If your flight information has changed since registration, please email Jamie Case to arrange your transportation. 

Where am I staying?

Your lodging assignment will be emailed to you. If you have not received your lodging assignment by May 24, please email Jamie Case.

Where do I check in for H2O?

H2O check-in begins after 10 a.m. Monday, June 3, in the lower level of Madden's Town Hall. View the Madden's resort map.

How do I get around throughout H2O?

A daily shuttle loop serving Madden's, Kavanaugh's, and Cragun's will run approximately every twenty minutes throughout the forum.

What should I wear?

Attire at H2O is business casual. If you are not familiar with Minnesota weather, we can see it all within short periods of time. Be prepared to add or subtract layers so you can maximize your comfort. View the latest forecast for the Brainerd Lakes Area.

Where can I network with other attendees?

Chip, chat, or chill at one of our scheduled networking activities on Tuesday, June 4 beginning at 8 a.m.

Great golfing

Fore! It's time to show off your swing as we spend the day at one of the Brainerd Lakes Area's premiere golf courses - The Classic at Madden's. Bring your own clubs or rent them from the Pro Shop.

  • 8:30 a.m. Shotgun start with putting green/driving range open before
  • If renting golf clubs, pay at the front desk during check in or add to your overall room charge

Landing a lunker

Welcome to the Land of 10,000 Lakes. We'll take you to one of our biggest bodies of water for a fun day of fishing! Mille Lacs Lake is Minnesota's second-largest inland lake at 132,516 acres. We'll visit this pristine body of water and, via charter, we'll see who can hook the 'big one.' All equipment, including bait, will be provided. 

  • 7:15 a.m. Bus departs Madden Inn lobby
  • Must have a valid MN Fishing License 
  • Wearing layers is recommended

Roundhouse rendezvous

Start your day exploring downtown Nisswa and be transported to Roundhouse Brewery where you can compete in hatchet throwing, experience the microbrewery, test your skills in the escape room, and enjoy networking with other H2O attendees. 

  • 9:30 a.m. Bus departs Madden Inn lobby for downtown Nisswa and then Roundhouse Brewery. Bus will return to downtown Nisswa for pick up at 11 a.m. to take you to Roundhouse Brewery. 
  • Most activities are indoors, however prepare to take advantage of the outdoor patio if the weather cooperates
  • Closed-toe shoes are required to participate in axe throwing, with a limited selection available to borrow on location

Midday at Madden's

You don’t have to travel far to find a good time. Take advantage of fun resort activities such as croquet, lawnbowling, pickleball, shuffleboard, and yard games. Stop by for lunch, conversation, and friendly competition with your contract-selling colleagues.
